Receiving and Inventory Supervisor(JHB)

Receiving and Inventory Supervisor(JHB):
Carry out and supervise tasks within the receiving and bulk storage areas in our warehouse in Johannesburg.
Key Role Responsibilities and Duties
Ensure that all goods received are checked to confirm quantity and quality as per the purchase order.
Ensure that goods received are captured into the WMS accurately and stored as per the FIFO system in the warehouse.
Report low stock levels to the manager and/ or buying department as per the weekly picking plan and daily picking plan.
Replenish the picking zones daily and ensure stock put away is done in a timely manner.
Conduct regular cycle counts and stock take as per the schedule and compile investigation reports for discrepancies.
Maintain the WMS system daily to ensure accurate stock levels are maintained.
Waste management abilities.
Good knowledge of Excel and Google sheet
Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding SLOBS

Skills and requirements needed to fulfill the role:
Dedicated and passionate about stock and accuracy
4 Years of leadership/supervisory/managerial experience within a warehouse environment.
Reliable and should accurately follow instructions.
Ability to multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced environment.
Great organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask
Ability to delegate and be responsible for managing your own team.
Contract Type: Temporary contract with a 3 month length (renewable) with a possibility of becoming permanent.
