Executive Management Assistant

For FMCGs, working with Yebo Fresh means direct access into the mass market and a great partnership for direct deliveries, customer insights, product testing, POS marketing etc.


Position: Executive Management Assistant


We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Executive Management Assistant to support the executive team at Yebo Fresh. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be able to prioritize tasks, and have excellent communication skills.


Key Role Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling appointments, managing email and phone communications, and organizing travel arrangements

  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations

  • Maintain up-to-date databases and files

  • Manage the executive team's calendars, ensuring all appointments and deadlines are met

  • Facilitate and coordinate team projects, ensuring all tasks are completed within specified deadlines

  • Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, prioritizing and escalating important issues as needed

  • Provide general office management duties, including ordering supplies and managing vendor relationships

  • Assist with budget preparation, tracking and reporting

  • Assist with recruitment and staffing administration, tracking and reporting

  • Provide support to other departments and teams as required


Skills and requirements needed to fulfill the role:

  • Proven experience as a management assistant or executive administrative assistant

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to maintain confidential information

  • Basic financial aptitude including the ability to create add maintain simple budget overviews

  • Strong computer literacy including Google, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant administrative experience preferred

Contract Type: Permanent Employment Contract with a 3-months probationary period.
